2. Payment Methods

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Estimates & Quotes

- Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.

- A non-refundable deposit of 60%-80% of the total estimated cost is required for projects exceeding £100.
- The balance is due upon project completion.
4. Late Payments
4.1 Interest on Overdue Payments
- Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date will incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in compliance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
4.2 Suspension of Services
- Failure to make payment within 7 days may result in suspension or termination of services.
4.3 Recovery Costs
- Clients are responsible for all reasonable recovery costs, including legal fees and collection agency charges.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur charges.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost.
5.2 Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable unless iHandle.co.uk fails to provide the agreed service.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days of agreement.
- Completed work or services already rendered are non-refundable, in line with the Consumer Rights Act.
6. Customer Rights
6.1 Right to Cancel
- You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of the contract date if the service has not commenced.
6.2 Statutory Guarantees

- Satisfactory in quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described, per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes must be reported within 7 days of invoice issuance.

- Unresolved disputes will be escalated to a recognized third-party mediator.
